Kerry is a level 5 Adult Riding Club member, I personally watched a transformation happen with her and her horse once she wore the ‘Position Yourself’ riding aid - I had never seen Kerry’s young stock horse mare not travel on the forehand! Has your instructor ever yelled at you to "sit up straight",
"keep your elbows by your side" or "put your thumbs on top"?

None of these things are hard to do but without someone reminding me (or yelling at me constantly) I never sub-consciously think of these things when I’m riding. I’ve brought on a number of thoroughbreds off the track & a couple of young warmbloods & when you are on a young / green horse there just seems to be too many other things to concentrate on. The ‘Position Yourself’ is a great tool to help you think about your position & improve your upper body & arm placement. It’s a non-restrictive aid that subtly reminds you to sit up & keep your arms by your side. I found it completely safe, non restrictive & an excellent way to help improve my riding position!
