
Position Yourself has been carefully designed to enable riders to have
increased awareness of the position of their elbows in relation to their
body - using the ubiquitous Velcro between the arms, just above the elbow
and the side of the rider’s torso, when their arms are in the right zone/position
the Velcro is heard scratching or catching.
Like magic when the riders elbow’s are in the correct position, a more upright
position, begin using their core strength with their shoulders back.
